Review and publication process
The submission, review and publication process is as follow:

1. Authors submit an abstract of their proposed presentation (between 500 and 750 words) by
Email to cap@learntechafrica.com, sam@gmail.com

2. Reviewers assess the value and the interest of the submission, based on the description provided

3. Authors are notified for acceptance

4. Accepted authors have to register as speaker for the conference and pay the speakers' registration fee.

5. Once speakers are registered, they are added to the conference's programme

6. Authors need to provide the final version, camera ready of their submission 3 weeks before the beginning of the conference.

A programme is printed with the short abstracts for the conference, as well as the proceedings which are made available in a PDF format.

NB1: the submission of a contribution implies that the author agrees to pay the registration fee when the submission is accepted

NB2: only submission of properly registered speakers will be published
